A healthy alternative for when you are craving mango and sticky rice!
Whisk together one can of coconut milk and coconut water. Stir in 1/4 cup of shredded coconut, then chia seed until well mixed. Whisk in honey to taste.
Let sit uncovered at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Stir well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or at least 3 hours.
Serve topped with mango and sprinkle of shredded coconut. Enjoy!
